Transfer Students and Registration

To Admissions:

I will be attending Francis Marion starting this fall as a transfer junior student. My advisor has sent me my confirmed schedule and transfer credits (including those previously earned from Francis Marion). All fees have also been taken care of. Am I required to attend registration since I have previously been enrolled at Francis Marion?

PalmettoLife,

Normally, only people that must attend Orientation are those students that are NEW to Francis Marion University. If you have attended FMU in the past then you are excused and must register with the department of your major. Since you are saying you've paid and everything is done then you don't need to do anything but go to class.
